Supply Chain Logistics
Conceived, illustrated, and scripted user stories for a research project about optimisation of product orders.

BRIEF & PROCESS“We need a simple, memorable way to show how this software will benefit all players in the supply chain, and to communicate the functionalities in a human-centred way”
I’ve worked with a design researcher to create a user journey section of the service blueprint for this new software based on our research insights. We’ve scripted a few versions of the user story and tested it with clients on weekly calls.
Once identified the key features of the software, I’ve worked on the final script.
By condensing the needs of each departments into individual characters, it made it simpler to communicate the software functionalities and the pain points it solved.
We’ve considered location, character names and interactions based on the current strategic partnerships of our client, and prospects that might emerge from the launch of the software.

OUTPUTA comprehensive user story spanning across the entire service blueprint, showcasing eleven software features in-context. Integration of requirements for assortment, production and sales in one flow alongside the showcase of backend features.
The design of eighteen original artworks, combining research insights, software data points and contextual hints to make the value proposition more understandable, human and desirable.
We used a very detailed user flow in Miro as the main source of truth for the project. As we did research synthesis, we would update this flow and present it back in our Demos. This was also used as onboarding tool to new team members.
The blueprint included phases, features, user stories, and a row for each of the departments involved in the software value proposition. This included technical details of the software backend and the physical flow of items affected by the service.
